Description
“Listening to the Bees” is a reflection on our relationship with honey bees, magical and essential little creatures we cannot live without. Our gardens, our food, our life itself are dependent on their pollination. At night time, after a warm day gathering nectar and pollen, the bees can be heard fanning their wings, keeping the temperature constant in the hive, and evaporating the water from the nectar, making honey.
The image is reproduced at the same size as the original miniature painting, approx. 3″ x 4″. The card itself measures 6″ x 4″, is blank inside and comes with a terracotta-colour recycled envelope.
